Product Warranty

Standard Product Warranty

We provide warranty on all of the products we sell to guarantee they are in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty is provided according to the terms and conditions defined in the manufacturer's warranty. Unless otherwise stated, we warrant products for a period of (30) days from the date of pick-up/delivery except for loose parts and components (Transistor, Resistor, LED, etc.). For loose parts and components, the warranty is (7) days. In the event that the manufacturer's warranty is greater than the warranty we provide, you may return the product to us and ask us to be an intermediary to communicate with the manufacturer or supplier regarding to product warranty. S&H related to such service will be passed on directly.

When you return a product to us for servicing under warranty, the product will be examined.  If the item is determined to be defective in that it has not been damaged due to misuse we'll provide an one-for-one exchange if the return is within (30) days of pick-up/delivery or we'll either perform the necessary servicing at our facility or act as an intermediary to communicate with the manufacturer or supplier if the return is after (30) days of pick-up/delivery. You must submit a request through the submit a return page to obtain RMA details.  If the item is determined to not be defective or has been determined to have been damaged by misuse, the item will be held and returned to the customer when the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

If you do not receive a RMA response within 7 days, please contact us through our general inquiry e-mail. No returns will be accepted without first obtaining RMA details and a RMA number.

The product must then be sent to our facility (with proper packaging if shipped through courier or post service) with its receipt or order number and the RMA number. Service will not be performed if the mentioned conditions are not met.

If the return is after (30) days of pick-up/delivery or if you selected pick-up as the shipping method for your order, you are responsible for the shipping fee and risk of loss or damage of the product during transit to and from our facility.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S).
