This is polyimide film tape with a silicone adhesive; also known as Kapton tape. Used for insulating wires where normal heat shrink would melt, or on a heated bed. This one is a bit wider than the normal 50mm rolls, great for heated beds.
A reel of tape 100mm in width and 30m long. Rated for temperatures up to 260°C.
