External Thermocouple Board v1.0

This is the external thermocouple board allows you to extend your controller to use a thermocouple. Thermocouples can measure much higher temperatures than thermistors making them an ideal add-on to your E3D All-Metal HotEnd allowing you to take full advantage of the all-metal design.

Comatibility: Megatronics, RAMPS and others.
